Overview

We are looking for a new content producer and art buyer, with 2 to 3 years of experience, eager to play a key role in leading production projects within our agency.

The Content Producer oversees the entire pre-production, production, and post-production phases of creative campaigns, working closely with the project and creative teams. This role involves managing talent, technical teams, timelines, and budgets, while ensuring the quality of deliverables.

The position reports to the production department, which consists of a Production Manager, an apprentice, and an intern.

Responsibilities

Consulting:

  • Participate in strategic and creative recommendations
  • Source and recommend talent based on briefs
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices through regular market monitoring (talents, production methods)

Production:

  • Organize and coordinate production teams
  • Manage and organize production, from brief to final delivery: briefing teams, shoot preparation, location scouting, logistics, budget/timeline adherence, post-production oversight, billing tracking
  • Provide advice and work in collaboration with project and creative teams
  • Create and manage production schedules
  • Conduct feasibility studies
  • Negotiate and build production budgets, in line with the agency's profitability policy
  • Knowledge of practices related to rights management, authorizations, contracts, etc.
  • Ensure the quality of productions

Key Qualities

Experience:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a communication/creative agency or in a similar role at a production company

Skills and Abilities:

  • Affinity for luxury, art and cultural sectors
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a flexible and informal setting
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to synthesize information
  • Autonomy, rigor, responsiveness and adaptability

  • Dynamic, open-minded and positive attitude

Languages:

  • Professional English, spoken and written
