Overview

We are in search of a Brand Content and Social Media Project Manager, with 3 years of experience and a strong passion for creative storytelling across platforms. The role is ideal for a sharp and organized mind who looks for managing content production and building trusted relationships with clients. You’ll play a key role in delivering bold and tailored brand content strategies for leading names in beauty, fashion and luxury.

Responsibilities

Project management:

  • Coordinate creative and technical teams, acting as the bridge between clients and the agency.
  • Oversee timelines to ensure key milestones are held: brief, production, post-production, delivery.
  • Manage budgets, ensuring production costs remain within the client’s allocation, while optimizing resources.

Content strategy:

  • Define campaign needs and content types in collaboration with the client.
  • Contribute to the creation or refinement of editorial guidelines to ensure alignment with brand identity.
  • Stay informed on emerging content behaviors (Instagram, TikTok) and perform competitive analysis.

Production oversight:

  • Plan shoots in collaboration with production teams.
  • Supervise the creative process to ensure final content meets the brief.
  • Coordinate post-production phases and format adjustments for all platforms.

Client relations:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their feedback is effectively integrated.
  • Present creative concepts and provide strategic justification aligned with brand objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitoring creative and platform trends
  • Participating in strategic and creative recommendations
  • Coordinating strategic, creative and production resources
  • Briefing creative teams and overseeing workflow
  • Managing pre-production and post-production
  • Providing strategic guidance and daily client management
  • Monitoring project time tracking, expenses and profitability

Key qualities

Experience and education:

  • Master’s degree (communication, business school or specialized program)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a communication agency or in a similar role

  • Strong sensitivity to luxury, art and culture
  • Comfortable working in a flexible and informal team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to synthesize information
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and responsive
  • Creative and capable of concept ideation
  • A sharp eye for detail and a strong aesthetic sense
  • Excellent knowledge of digital ecosystems and social platforms
  • Dynamic, open-minded and kind

Languages:

  • Fluent in English, spoken and written
