As an intern, you'll assume the position of project manager for projects with significant visibility and visual impact, leading digital initiatives, from conceptualization to execution, and playing a pivotal role in shaping our clients' online presence. This role presents an opportunity for a creative individuals eager to gain practical experience in overseeing projects from conception to production, while refining their visual culture within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Developing strategic recommendations
  • Participating in the briefings for creative teams
  • Coordinating creative and technical resources
  • Defining client needs and creating specifications documents
  • Monitoring client relationships, timelines and profitability
  • Monitoring and analyzing media performance
  • Participating in video and photo shootings
  • Organizing and managing physical or digital activations
  • Trends watching
  • Creating creative guidelines for international influencers
  • Community management

Key qualities

Education:

  • Relevant degree program in communication, business, engineering or related field

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technophile and passionate about the digital world
  • Proficiency in english
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
  • Social media passionate
  • Sensitivity to luxury, art and culture universes

Experience:

Previous exposure to photo or video production is advantageous

Conditions

Start date: september
Contract type: internship — 4 to 6 months
Compensation: according to profile
Swile Card: 60% covered
Transport subscription: 50% covered
Remote work: per week
